Well, you have nothing to worry about because every time you want to make a purchase, the iTunes store on your iPhone asks for your password for every SINGLE song and app purchase. It actually gets quite annoying but, it personally gives me the peace of mind. Even if someone gets a hold of my iPhone, they need my iTunes password to actually buy anything. So, in all actuality, you have no reason to worry. The only thing you need to worry about is someone getting a hold of your password to your iTunes account. Even that is a slim chance.
