    yes it is jailbroken, and it is totally worth it. people say if you do it you will brick your ipod/iphone, its impossible to brick. i have had it go wrong a bunch of times (my fault, not the jailbreak programs) and fixed it everytime by restoring it. if you have any questions about it, just message me…
